We not only sell books but also Mobb Scrubs, Mindray multiparameter monitors, Littman and Welch Allyn stethoscopes, pulse oximeters, Caniplas, Alvedia typing kits, etc.
How do I check prices for your prodcuts and make an order?
Complete a product enquiry form and we will email or call you with pricing and availability. If you decide to order, send us a return email or confirm your order over the phone and we will go ahead and place your order.
What do you charge for delivery?
Delivery varies according to publisher and total cost. It ranges from free to $18. Our delivery charges are at cost so if we don't pay for delivery, you don't pay for delivery. All delivery costs will be confirmed during the order process.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made by:
Cheque, cash, bank deposit or credit card. Credit card payments are processed online by PayPal. A transaction fee of 3% of your invoice (including GST) will apply to payments made by credit card. Please email customerservice@vetmedbooks.com.au if you wish to pay by credit card. For you security, do not email any credit card information to us. We will provide a return email with instructions on how to pay.
How do your prices compare?
All are books are priced at 15% off the Australian recommended retail price. Bulk discounts are available depending on volume.

How long does it take to receive my order?
When you place an order, we will endevour to provide you with an estimated arrival time. We do not hold any stock so your order will be dependent on stocking levels at the distributor / publisher. Books in sock usually arrive within 1 week. Payment will be processed once the stock is ready to be delivered. Payment is required prior to delivery unless a purchase order has been provided or an agreement has been arranged with your business.
